From time to time, BestBodyVitamin may offer special promotional programs which include FREE shipping. When a FREE shipping promotion is in effect, you may take advantage of it only if your order meets the following criteria:

The order must be over $99.00 (i.e. $99.01 or higher)
It must be under 10lbs
Your shipping address must be within the contiguous 48 states (Sorry, APO/FPO addresses do not qualify)

Free Shipping conditions are subject to change. Our free shipping offer is good for shipments to a single shipping address (no combined orders to multiple destinations), and it is not good with any other coupon code.

Domestic Shipping, Contiguous USA (lower 48 states):

BestBodyVitamin has flat shipping & handling fee of $7.25 for all orders. For orders over $99 standard shipping is free, with the following exception: Certain products carry an additional per-item shipping fee due to their weight. These products are identified by an asterisk (*) after their description. The per-item shipping fee for such items is noted at the bottom of the product's description. This additional shipping fee will be added to all orders containing these products, including orders over $99.

Discontinued Items on your order:

While we try to minimize this, it is possible your order may contain items that have been discontinued at the time of your order. If this happens, we will ship the remainder of your order right away. Please check your packing slip to identify any items that may have been removed from the order due to being discontinued. If this occurs, your account will be automatically credited accordingly.

Handling:

We do not artificially inflate or mark up the cost of shipping that you pay. We offer one single rate ($7.25) for all orders no matter what the item quantity or weight so you can purchase as much as you want and it will always be $7.25.

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 1-6 hours (during normal business days) for us to process your entire order. Orders placed by 1:00 pm EST are generally processed and shipped out on the same day (Monday-Friday) for items in stock at the time of order placement. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST are generally processed and shipped out by the next business day. Typically you can expect a 3-6 business day delivery in the Southeastern USA using Ground Service. For destinations on the West Coast, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery for Ground Service. Please keep in mind that this shipping estimate is from when your item is put on the truck - NOT from when you place your order. We do not currently offer expedited delivery options, but are planning to in the future. We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier at the time of order placement.

International Shipping:

BestBodyVitamins currently does not offer shipping to addresses outside of the United States.

APO/FPO Military Shipping:

Packages sent to the military overseas should contain an APO/FPO (Air/Army Post Office or Fleet Post Office) address (a military zip code of sorts). A list of new military postal codes can be found at the Web site of Operation Home Front. Please note: BestBodyVitamin does not offer FREE shipping on APO/FPO addresses.

Returns:

We will happily correct any order that was incorrect, missing items, or accept your original order for return if the return is a result of our error. Items may NOT be returned for the following conditions:

We are unable to exchange items that you have already used.
Freezer and cooler items cannot be returned.
Return claims later than 14 days from receipt (unless previously authorized by us via email)
Returns without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#)

Generally we will accept returns of unopened items up to no later than 14 days after the items have been delivered. Also please note that manufacturers frequently change their packaging on items found on our website. Such changes may reflect new branding but not necessarily new formulas or ingredients. If you have any questions about items you see that may have older packaging, contact us PRIOR to purchase so that we may answer any questions you have before you order. Your Best Body Vitamins representative may determine because of the condition of the product that the contents may be discarded, however you may be requested to return the UPC codes or lids. If you wish to return items please email customerservice@bestbodyvitamins.com for instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned items without a valid RA# will not be accepted. We are not responsible for items returned to us that do not arrive at our facility.

Refunds:

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving your return. If the refund is due to a shipping error by us, then we will refund your shipping charges for returning the items to us. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs of your order from your refund amount.

Other Items:

On items that have unfulfilled performance guarantees, first contact the manufacturer and try to get them to send you a replacement.
